Self-feeding backrubs
The self-feeding backrub uses a kink-resistant, reinforced poly tubing to connect to a drum containing the fly control solution. The backrub must be submerged for a few hours to completely saturate the backrub in the fly control solution. Then hang the backrub vertically over the container to drain the excess off. Then hang the backrub in position.
With the use of a tap on the drum you can maintain continuous saturation without needing to attend to it. The tap should only be opened enough to service the backrub. If the mixture is dripping onto the ground, the tap is open too much, resulting in wastage of mixture.
