Livamol with BioWorma - 7.5kg
Livamol with BioWorma is a nutritional supplement that combines the natural biological control agent BioWorma with a blend of essential nutrients to support the health and well-being of grazing animals.
Key Features:
- Innovative Parasite Control: Incorporates BioWorma, a natural fungus (Duddingtonia flagrans) that captures and consumes infective worm larvae, including those resistant to chemical anthelmintics, within the manure of grazing animals.
- Nutritionally Enriched: Offers a balanced mix of proteins, energy, vitamins, and minerals, serving as an ideal delivery system for BioWorma and promoting overall animal health.
- Non-Chemical Solution: Provides a natural, non-chemical approach to controlling free-living stages of parasitic gastrointestinal nematodes, reducing reliance on chemical treatments.
- Broad-Spectrum Application: Suitable for a variety of grazing animals, including horses, cattle, sheep, goats, and even zoo animals, enhancing its versatility in diverse farming operations.
- Safe and Non-Toxic: Utilizes Duddingtonia flagrans, a fungus that is safe for animals and the environment, without negative effects on non-target organisms.
- Reduces Pasture Re-Infestation: By substantially decreasing the emergence of infective worm larvae from manure onto pasture, it helps maintain cleaner grazing environments.
- No Resistance Issues: Effective against chemical/multi-resistant larvae, providing a sustainable option for parasite management.
- Environmentally Friendly: Ensures safety for soil nematodes, dung beetles, earthworms, and microarthropods, promoting ecological balance.
Usage Instructions:
For optimal results, administer Livamol with BioWorma according to the bodyweight of the animal. It is recommended to treat animals with a suitable chemical wormer/anthelmintic before introducing Livamol with BioWorma. Additionally, moving treated animals onto low-worm pasture (pasture that has not been grazed by the same animal species for a minimum of 6 weeks) can enhance effectiveness. Young animals (from 3 months up to 18-24 months of age) and periparturient females (last month of pregnancy and while producing milk) are particularly susceptible to worm infestations and may benefit significantly from this supplement.
