The Self-Oiling Back Rubber is designed for effective fly control, offering a convenient and efficient solution for livestock. Measuring 3 meters in length, it comes equipped with durable clamps and taps for easy installation and maintenance. The backrub utilizes kink-resistant, reinforced poly tubing to connect to a drum containing the fly control solution.
For optimal performance, submerge the backrub in the solution for several hours to ensure complete saturation. Once fully soaked, hang it vertically to allow excess solution to drain off. After this process, the backrub is ready for use, providing consistent coverage as livestock rub against it.
The included tap allows for continuous saturation without the need for frequent adjustments. Simply open the tap enough to keep the backrub moist, but be mindful of over-usage—if the solution drips onto the ground, the tap is open too far, leading to unnecessary waste.
This self-feeding system ensures your backrub remains saturated, reducing the need for constant supervision and maintaining an effective fly control barrier for your livestock.
